Josephine Schwab is a Scotland-based x-risk governance researcher and policy analyst with expertise in European security, geopolitics, and frontier AI governance – incl. arms control precedent, middle-power legislation, AI red lines, incident classification and severity thresholds. She is a Research Team Lead for the AI Governance Taskforce at Arcadia Impact, and an AI Policy Leader at the Talos Network.She has previously served as Country Rep. with a UN consultancy climate CSO, and is an IASEAI member.
